I bought this at a convenience store on a trip to Nagoya last month.
A 300ml bottle of Kinshachi fresh-stored sake.
I had imagined a sake that smelled a little more like sake, but it was surprisingly refreshing, with a hint of sake-like aroma.
I paired it with vegetables I brought back from my Obon trip to Niigata.
Eggplant, okra, triangular fried tofu from Agano.
Cherry tomatoes.
