This is a gem of a Daiginjo selected sake that has been aged in ice at -6℃ for about 2 years to express the exquisite kneading of both the ginjo aroma and the ginjo-style flavor. It's a gem that expresses the exquisite kneading of both ginkoku and ginjinshi.
As a sake lover and a whiskey/brandy lover, I found it to be an excellent sake.
