baya
When served cold, it has a slight gaseous sensation, followed by a sweet-odd acidity with a hint of bitterness, and a gentle bitterness in the aftertaste.
When served lukewarm, it has more sweetness and umami, which is more to my liking.
The taste is slightly bitter and refreshing, and when you hear that the motif is the sea in spring, you can certainly understand it!
The makers don't recommend lukewarm heating, but it's my favorite!
It is a good taste no matter what you drink Kangiku, and I like it better the second day.

Erin, good morning.
I recommend trying lukewarm sake, sometimes you can find a jackpot.
I always try a small amount and add more to drink the hit.
