This sake received technical guidance from the brewery of Jyushiyo. Despite being junmai (pure rice), it is sweet and mellow on the palate, with a junmai daiginjo-like balance. The sweetness of the rice can be felt well, and the aftertaste is pleasant.
A very tasty sake.
