Continuing from yesterday, we were served Hijirizumu by Sei Shuzo.
This is a test brew using Gohyakumangoku for koji rice, Hitomebore for kake rice, and white malted rice.
When you approach the glass, you can smell the citrus aroma.
It has a nice sourness that reminds me of orange, which is derived from the white malted rice.
I really like the taste.
It is so delicious that you can empty a bottle of sake by itself.
