Senkou's modern series. The aroma is watery and gorgeous! It tastes like a sweet and sour apple, so drinking it cold brings out the flavor even more. You can feel the sourness even after a long time at room temperature, so it is easy to keep drinking without getting tired. As it is written "innocence", the taste was simple, gentle, pure and refined.
It was a sake that I could drink with a sincere feeling that I used to be as innocent as this sake! It was delicious!
