It took about eight years to get to this point. Omine's beautiful sake has a refreshing, slightly sweet rice flavor. I have always wondered what would happen if such a brewery used Aisan, but finally, here is Aisan brewed by Omine. The aroma is sweet and sour, full of the freshness of tropical fruits, and the sweetness of Aizan's richness is an added bonus. I'm struggling to contain the flavor that is spilling out!
