It is a complex and delicious sake with a mellow aroma that only a Daiginjo can provide at first, followed by a powerful sweetness, spiciness, a hint of bitterness and acidity. It is a wonderful match with Shimane-style oden, dried fish, and fish-based takikomi-gohan!
