(Impressions without previous information) The taste and aroma is slight. The first time I drank it, I felt it was a bit lacking, but it was the flip side of its elegance and quality. The mouthfeel is sharp. It went well with tempura. This is a limited edition, unpasteurized sake produced in very small quantities with the concept of "summer unpasteurized sake". It has a faint sweet aroma and a soft taste on the palate, with an exquisite balance of sweetness, rice flavor and good acidity. It has a mild aftertaste. If you were to compare it to a fruit, it would be a gentle peach-like flavor. (Answers) I wrote down my impressions about the sharpness of the mouthfeel, but in reality, the mouthfeel is It's the exact opposite of soft and super embarrassing. As soon as I heard it was a limited edition sake that was only produced in very small quantities, I kind of lost confidence in my opinion of it. Shameful.
