I never thought I'd find Tatsuquan so close to home! Yay!
The moment I drank it, the umami of the rice came in a rush, but the aftertaste was so refreshing that I kept wanting to drink more and more. It is not fruity, but rather a slightly dry sake with a strong sake-like taste, but it is very easy to drink and tastes great without any unpleasant aftertaste. I love Tatsusen!
