Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My impression after drinking it)
It looks yellowish. It smells of alcohol. It is a nice warmed sake with a round, dry taste in the mouth. Comparing the taste of drunken sake, Hourai and Kuroemon when heated, the taste is very similar, but it seems to be the driest. There is no sweetness in the aftertaste. It is a dry, umami sake with a refreshing taste.
