This is a brand from the Nakayuu Sake Brewery, famous for Tenjo Mugen.
There are three brands (Tsukimi, Omachi, and what's the other one?) that are rarely distributed. I ran into a liquor store that also has them!
When I talked to the owner about how gorgeous and crisp it was, he recommended the special junmai-shu Omachi.
Gorgeous, mellow and refreshing to drink! I love it!
I emptied the flowery buns, Atago no matsu, and quadruplets in one night with two adults 💦.
My personal preference is ★★★★★.

Good evening. I know it's a bit late to comment on this, but Izumiya is a good shop.
The proprietor, he explains things in detail...although he smells a bit like old age.
As for Hananofumi and Zao, I think it's the best shop in the world.

Dear Mr. Gogo.
Sorry, I just realized that.
I'm a first year student of sake and I'm studying with Izumi-ya's sake newsletter.
