I went to a sweets shop with friends, ate mackerel sushi, drank sake, and had a good night's sleep. Haneda Sake Brewery was having a special event at the department store where I went to buy Okutanba. I bought it because it was their top recommendation. After a slight carbonation, sweetness and a little bit of acidity came and it was delicious. It has a very broad and deep flavor. It is rich but not boring at all, and I felt it would be a shame to finish it all, so I decided to keep it for the next day. Well, this day marked the beginning of my personal mahjong 🀄️ season. The first day was positive!
