The nose has a graininess and a slight acidity. Sharp acidity appears in the mouth with a smooth mouthfeel. It has a good balance of umami and acidity and is delicious at room temperature.
When served warm, the acidity mellows and the umami increases. In the latter half of the bottle, the umami spreads slowly, but the end is light. It is easy to match with a meal and is a delicious sake that goes down smoothly.
