This is my favorite Mimuro Cedar's Romance Series Orikarami!
This year, they use not only Yamadanishiki but also Rohafu, which certainly gives a subdued impression.
It is certainly a very subdued sake, but the elegant sweetness, umami, and silky mouthfeel make it one of the top three nigorizake I have tasted this year.
After 3 days, the sweetness increases and you can enjoy the change in taste.
I am looking forward to buying the Bodaihashi version as well.
