As you can see from my profile, I'm a drinker, but I don't know anything about alcohol.
I've tried my best to drink well with my current equipment, lol.
I drank the "Honochi of Saku".
First, at room temperature. It was sweet and soft.
Next, I wanted to drink it chilled, so I poured salt and ice water into a kyusu, which I had at home, and chilled it in a cool cup.
The sweetness is still there, but the mouthfeel is sharp 😋✨.
I like it better when it's cold because it looks better.
I was happy to drink it even with this equipment.
