ななかづ-I drank last year's Akizuka Moheji, which was a bit extravagant. Last year's Akishika Moheji sake was a bit extravagant, so this year we chose the more expensive 10-year-old Soriryu sake. The sake was said to be a robust sake, so I set the heater to a very warm temperature (55°C). After the unique flavor of aged sake, there was an elegant bitterness and alcohol taste. It is a mild but dry matured sake that keeps you going! It warms you from the inside out!
