Sake in "Wagamama" after a long time.
Again, we drank the all-you-can-drink 1,500 yen course for 1 hour 🎶.
The second drink was "Ni-Utsu"!
This is another sake I drank a lot when I was in Tohoku.
It has a robust flavor that is typical of Nitoshi.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it has a strong flavor.
