Purchased at a liquor store near Ohashi Station where you can buy sake on the corner.
It was the first time I had seen this Fukuoka brand and was made by a sake brewery called Kataoka Sake Brewery.

Drink it cold.
Clear with a slight yellow tint.
Mellow and classic sake aroma.
Very full and rich in the mouth.
The aftertaste is surprisingly clear and refreshing.
Not too dry.
When paired with chicken tataki, the strong flavor of the snacks is not overpowered, and the clear aftertaste makes the snacks go further.
It is delicious on its own, but also excellent as a food sake.
