I haven't had Jr.'s hinomitsu 🍯 in a while, which is what got me into kudokigake 🍶.
In addition to the gorgeous ginjo aroma of Junmai Daiginjo, it has a sweet aroma just like honey.
The taste has a robust umami, as is typical of Kudokibe. As the concept suggests, there is a sweetness, but it is not extremely strong and gentle. There is no cloying taste.
I guess they use the four-stage brewing method to produce this sweetness 🤔I thought it was a good price for such specs as always, and even though it is a Jr. series, I thought it showed the Kudokidokiwai character well. ☺️
