This is the first time to drink this sake.
It has a sake degree of -22.0, which is quite a spec value.
It does have a rich sweetness to it.
But it doesn't stay sticky for too long, and it finishes quickly.
It's probably because of the balance with the acidity.
There is no sense of gas.
In the back of the bottle, there is a hint of the sea, but not salt.
It's delicious.
