The new flavor was created by blending several bottles of sake brewed in the spring of 2024, which he brewed himself, and adjusting the flavor to create a warm and gentle sake for the coming midwinter. It is said to have a characteristic flavor that spreads quickly in the mouth.
Sake rice is "Shizuku Ehime" produced in Ehime Prefecture, rice polishing ratio is 60%, and yeast is undisclosed.

It has a smooth entry, with a hint of sweetness, followed by bitterness and sourness that quickly fades away. It is a sake to pair with cold winters, and as you drink it, the flavor of the rice gradually spreads out👍.
