It is a 23BY Chiyomusubi Strong Sasanigori.
The proprietress of my favorite bar bought it at a secret liquor store that mainly sells old sake.
First, I drank it cold.
The first aroma is sweet with acidity and rice, mixed with a hinekoso aroma, which is difficult to describe due to my lack of vocabulary.
In the mouth, there is a slight acidity and sweetness of rice.
The twitchiness prevails 😅... 😅...
Next, warmed sake 🍶.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, the acidity stands out and it's quite sweet and sour, which I personally might like 😂.
Well, it was quite a strange sake.
I wonder what the toji thinks about the old sake, which is completely out of timing when he originally wants us to drink it 🙄.
