I wonder if the clear taste is due to the 29% rice polishing ratio...? I've had a lot of sake, but I feel like I can only taste this flavor in this one.
I found the pairing of White beauty 29 and Dorayaki 6 years ago, and I recommend it because they go very well together.
If you drink it as if you are chewing on the Dorayaki and pouring it down with White beauty 29, the sweetness of the Dorayaki will be enhanced.
