Oragarami refers to sake that is slightly cloudy. When the sake is freshly squeezed, small solids (ori) such as rice and yeast are floating around in the sake. It is left in a tank. By leaving the cage in the tank to settle out, clear liquor is made. It is called "origaraigami", which means that there are things involved.
Most of them have more rice flavor than clear sake. If it's unpasteurized sake, it's more likely to be called "origaraimi". Nigori sake is a different kind of sake.
