The one I had tasted and bought during my Fukuoka expedition. It had been sitting in the fridge for a long time 💤. I believe they said they use black malted rice. I remember thinking it tasted sour and delicious when I tasted it. But when I drink it now, I feel the bitterness...♡ is delicious. Have I changed?
