Mochida MasatoshiIt is a sake from Shiso City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It's so fresh and healthy that the cork flew off the bottle the moment I opened it!
I even spurted out a little bit of sake (T_T).
I let it age in the fridge for a while after I bought it.
It seems to have fermented more and become fluffier.
As it says on the back label
It has a sweetness like muskmelon
sourness and slight foam.
Everything disappears in good balance.
