I like the unique sake here a lot. Like the polished 90.
I could drink it in the shop, but it was sold out before I could get it... I got a relatively orthodox one.
First of all, only the supernatant.
The aroma is slight. It has a sweetness similar to Murasuke Tokiwa, which I drank before.
When you drink it, there is a sharp entry and refined rice sweetness. The pull is quick and the aftertaste is short.
Next, it is mixed with lees.
The aroma has changed to that of rice.
The first thing that surprises you when you drink it is that the fizziness appears strongly. It has a sweetness, but it becomes dry and is more dry than before.
The rice grains in the nigori are large (laughs) and assertive enough to be chewed while drinking.
If it is origari, it is very assertive. I felt it was better to drink it chilled and quickly.
