Bespoke Hououmida, Junmai Daiginjo brewed with the finest Yamada Nishiki. Gorgeous aroma of strawberries and grapes, with a hint of rice straw typical of Yamadanishiki. We are always surprised to find such an elegant aroma from a liquid brewed with rice. The mouthfeel is soft, with the acidity leading the way, followed by sweetness, and then the aroma passes through to the nose. It has a long aftertaste. Enjoy it warmed up a little. We are very satisfied with this sake.
