It is thick in the mouth, and the sweetness and umami of the rice come straight through.
This is the first time I have ever had a sake with such a strong and assertive umami-sweetness and presence.
It may be a surprise to drinkers who are used to Danrei.
I never get tired of it. It's delicious.
