This is the first time I've had it, Yonemune 🍶.
It's a BY2018, so it's been sitting for about 4.5 years 🍶.
The flavor is reminiscent of a good Shaoxing wine, and it really tastes like it's been aged.
I'd like to pair it with warmed pepper and hot bean curd! I thought so!
