This year is the second year and the sake rice is Hachitan-Nishiki.
The aroma has a strong lactic acidity and a banana-like fruity flavor.
It is similar to the recent Sengoku and Sancho.
The taste is also very acidic and refreshing.
Then a mild sweetness and umami comes out, and while it is very drinkable, it has a clear taste that is typical of Hachitan-Nishiki and is delicious.
The aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink.
It is a normal tasty sake.
