I bought this sake to pair with a large quantity of Kochi bonito seared on the grill.
It has a fresh sweetness and a fresh aroma, followed by a bitter taste and a sharp stimulus in the throat.
It's not the type of sake I usually drink, but local products and local sake go well together. It's delicious.
