When the words "new sake" dance on a sake bottle, one's heart also dances. In high spirits, we opened a bottle of Izumihashi Shuzo's "Yukidaruma Label" today.
Unlike the other labels, this Snowman Label has many overwintered eggs. The taste has a strong Omachi-like flavor with a refreshing acidity and a clean, gorgeous aroma.
It is not a seasonal sake, but one that I would like to drink on a regular basis. Delicious: ‼️
