First Yamagata Masamune. As a record since I drank various kinds of sake.
Even after drinking Niimasa, the woody aroma was even more obvious. The lingering aroma lasts for a long time and leaves a good impression.
The combination of bonito and eggplant with morsels of wasabi was wonderful.
