Day 2 of my accumulated SAKE POST consumption.
The charm of SAKE POST ✨ is that you can encounter unknown territory with Kumamoto sake and a sake rice called Jinryoku.
Kumamoto Jinriki has a deep taste with a hint of sourness and a moderate sweetness. Although I felt it was lacking in overall taste, it has a clear throat and could be matched with strong dishes 🍶.
