Sake with a strong rice flavor and umami. But it also has a sharpness that does not leave a lingering aftertaste.
The fact that it is made from edible rice called Tochigi no Hoshi is understandable.
It can be served with any side dish that goes well with rice. Natto (fermented soybeans) is a perfect match.
