Last weekend. At a transfer station on the way home from an alumni meeting of my college days. I was in the mood for a little sake, so I jumped in. Thinking it was sake from the Tohoku region, I ordered it. It has a sweet, mellow taste. It's not heavy, but you can feel it's worth drinking. Delicious.
