Tenbi純米吟醸 にごり生
enoshima
I had a bottle of Amami Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama.
Tenbi is very popular these days 😊I am a meek person who buys it whenever I hear it is popular...well, I guess that is just the nature of sake drinkers (laughs).
The aroma is a ginjo aroma with a hint of sourness and sweetness. It is not so strong, but it is a nice aroma.
Since it is called nigori (nigori means "cloudy"), I first taste it without lees.
The light sweetness and firm acidity spreads out, and then it cuts off smoothly and cleanly.
Yes, it's delicious!
The balance of sweetness and acidity is perfect.
Next, twirl the lees 😁.
The mouthfeel becomes silky and the lactic acidity and umami increase slightly, but this also brings out some astringency at the end.
Both are delicious!
As expected of Tenbi! It is a good sake that makes you drink it clearly. Sashimi and firefly squid gunkan. They go well together 👌👌
I was tempted to drink too much, but I read in a review that the flavor improves with age, so I'll just stick with 2 gou tonight 😣.
