I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. I'm sure you'll agree with me. I bought it right away because it sounded so good😊.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a smooth mouthfeel. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It's a great way to start the day.
This one is also a sake where acidity plays a leading role. I've never had such a juicy acidity before, and it made me realize once again the depth of sake.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the acidity changes tomorrow😊.
