I found an unusual sake and tried it.
The item is labeled as a liqueur, but I'm posting it because it seems to be made from sake from a sake brewery in Akita, Japan.
The ingredients are sake (junmai-shu), liquid egg, and granulated sugar.
As expected, it is sweet. Not like sake sweet or spicy, but like pudding.
It might be easier to imagine that alcohol is added to drinking pudding.
