When I put it in my mouth, I thought 'Huh? Wasn't Kamikimoto this kind of sake? I thought. Fruity? Sweet? Is it because it's unfiltered undiluted sake? I didn't know what to expect, but I kept going, and before I knew it, I had drunk it all.
The rice is polished to Yamada Nishiki, and the rice used for the sake is Shiratama from Hyogo Prefecture, but it's not mentioned on the label.
I think I'll try it again next year.
