ぷぷRice is Omachi harvested in 2018 and Yamahai. Expect a lot of drinking. Almost no top notes, but when you drink it, it has a strong umami and lactic acidity. There is a lingering aftertaste, but it is not a bad smell of sake or unpleasant. As the label says, it goes well with strong meals and can be drunk by itself.
