ShinIt seems to be made at Urasato's place using Prissense Michiko as yeast.
Compared to the Urasato Usu-nigori, it did not have a gassy or fruity taste, but instead had a more floral and sweet taste.
The yeast just happened to be found in flowers, so it does not have a flowery aroma.
