I thought it was sweet and tasty, typical of Eiko Fuji.
The bitterness and acidity are moderate.
The aroma is mellow and full.
Although it is a junmai daiginjo, the strength of the flavor is very strong.
Because of its richness, I tried heating it up, and it was the right choice.
It has a fluffy and broad flavor, which I like even more.
