The second "Akagisan" of the summer is the stable "Suzusake" every year!
The bottle pattern is slightly different again this year, so take a good look and enjoy ✨.
When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell the yogurt-like aroma derived from the acidity.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth. The impression is that it is less acidic than the ones I've had in the past, and the low alcohol content and purity typical of Akagisan makes it easy to drink!
Mild balance of sweet & sour and coolness. It tastes like a yoghurina with a moderate sweetness👍.
The citrus taste with an assertive sourness was good, but I personally prefer the yogurt feeling of this year!
I could drink it endlessly.
It's still early, but I can't help but look forward to next year!
