Nori
The name "mozu" comes from the fact that mozu can imitate the sound of any kind of call, and the sake was named with the hope that it will serve as a bridge between the drinker's sensibilities and various dishes.
I've had Kamikimoto several times this year, and I'd say it's a very exemplary sake.
This sake was also well-balanced, and while the aroma was mild, it had a solid flavor and a refreshing, five-mangoku-like quality.
Excellent as a foodie drink, I felt.
