It is a Kudokidotte Santa Claus Bakuren super-harsh Daiginjo from Yamagata Prefecture.
The aroma and first touch is juicy, followed by a sharp dryness with a sharpness, and finishes with some acidity and bitterness.
I don't dislike this kind of thing 😏.
