Taste, light and dry, quite light, sharp on the palate, slightly astringent aftertaste, slightly alcoholic, good with fish dishes, especially sashimi. It tastes like a honjozo and does not have the aroma of a junmai ginjo. Personally, I found it a little too spicy!
