It is 80% polished rice and has a fruity, clear flavor with no cloying taste that is hard to believe it is junmai sake spec. It has more volume than Akitsuho 657. The first day the bottle was opened, it had a strong gaseous and bitter taste, but today, on the third day, it became mellower and different. Personally, I think it is more my type than just after opening the bottle. I will enjoy it while watching the full moon of mid-autumn.
